Steven Silva is a Full Time Realtor and Team Leader for the Steven Silva Team.
Steven obtained a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Toronto while Framing High-End Custom Homes as a Master Carpenter (through a family-run construction business). For several years Steven operated as an Ontario Registered Home Inspector. He has inspected approximately 2,000 homes in the Greater Toronto Area. In addition, Steven has supervised the construction of thirty homes including a custom home for himself. Steven has also maintained rental properties for many years. He still consults on Ontario New Home Warranty (Tarion) repairs and other residential problem specific issues in addition to his sales and marketing work.
