BRADFORD WEST GWILLIMBURY MARKET WATCH
Greater Toronto REALTORS® reported 28 sales in Bradford West Gwillimbury [N18] through the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) in November 2010. This represents a 20 percent decrease compared to the 35 sales recorded in November 2009. However, the average price of homes sold was $334,268 for this month which is a 1.8 percent increase from November 2009’s average price of $328,410. As shown in Figure 1, Active and New Listings have also increased this November compared to last November.
